Standard Shipping

Majority of the orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s) (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. You should expect to receive your item(s) within 2-5 days of this notification.

Majority of our items are delivered within 4-7 working days after receiving a cleared payment.

Please note: Shipping times for designer clothes may vary. Designer products typically have a delivery window of 1-4 weeks. For more precise shipping estimates for designer products, refer to individual item listings.

Next Day Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer next day shipping at present.

We ship items to all over UK.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@holidayexcite.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
